Today, we’re introducing two powerful movements: Open Leg Rocker & Corkscrew. These exercises focus on shoulder stability, control, and deep core engagement.

Open Leg Rocker will challenge your balance and strengthen your deep core muscles.
Corkscrew will improve spinal mobility while testing shoulder stability and abdominal strength.

💡 Tips for today’s practice:

  • Move with control, not momentum.
  • If balance feels tricky, modify by keeping your knees slightly bent.
  • Focus on stabilizing your shoulders and engaging your core throughout.
